CFO & Team Manager
With a strong foundation in financial leadership, Odelia Polak currently serves as Chief Financial Officer and team leader at the company. She holds a B.A. in Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting from the College of Management Academic Studies.
She began her career at EY, where she spent nearly seven years in the audit division, including two years as a manager in the high-tech audit team. During this time, she gained extensive experience working with both public and private companies, specializing in financial statement audits, IFRS and US GAAP implementation, regulatory compliance, and executive advisory.
Following her time at EY, she held senior finance positions as Controller in several global high-tech companies. Her expertise includes establishing financial infrastructure, preparing managerial reports, and supporting strategic decision-making in collaboration with executive teams and external advisors.
