This Privacy Policy describes how ERB, together with its affiliated companies (“ERB” or “we”), handles personal information (“Information”) collected in the course of its various services (the “Services”), relating to the following individuals (“Data Subjects”):
A. Users who register for ERB’s Services, users seeking to return to them, or users requesting additional information about the Services- whether on their own behalf for personal use, or on behalf of an organization – including individuals whose information is processed in order to receive a Service.
B. Visitors to ERB’s websites, current and prospective customers and users, business partners, participants in our events, and anyone interacting with ERB’s websites and applications, including advertisements, online content, email, or other communications under our control.

This Policy applies to you insofar as you fall within the categories of Data Subjects described above (“you”). Please read it carefully, ensure you understand it, and that you agree to its terms. Use of the Services and/or ERB’s websites constitutes your consent to our Terms of Use and to this Privacy Policy, including the processing of Information concerning you as set out below.
You are under no legal obligation to provide us with Information concerning you, and providing it is subject to your will and consent. However, without it we may be unable to grant you access to the Services, to actually provide them, or to offer you an optimal user experience on ERB’s websites. Accordingly, if you do not agree with the terms of this document, or you object to ERB (including its service providers, as set forth in Section 4) processing Information concerning you, please refrain from using the Services, including browsing ERB’s websites or any other use. In addition, you may submit a request to exercise your rights as detailed in Section 8. If you are using the Services on behalf of an ERB customer or business partner, please contact your organization’s account manager regarding any question or request related to that account.
This Policy applies equally to all genders. The masculine form is used herein solely for convenience.
1. What Information Do We Collect?
A. User Information
The Services allow contact by phone, email, submitting details through website forms, or sending a WhatsApp message. For these purposes, ERB collects and processes Information about individual or business users (including their representatives, such as in the case of a business customer) and/or persons for whom the Services or related Information were requested by another user, as follows:
User Profile: Name, email address, mobile phone number provided to ERB.
Business Information (where relevant): Company name, industry.
Message Details: Description of the requested Service and any additional information you chose to provide.
Ratings and Feedback: Submitted by or relating to users.
Service Usage Data: Technical usage data, statistical and aggregate information, activity logs, login and logout times, IP address and connectivity data, device data, application data (such as type, operating system, app ID, advertising ID, app and browser versions, location, time zone, and language settings), records of interactions with the application and related notifications, as well as cookies and pixels installed or used on the device from which you accessed the Services.
Direct Inquiries and Communication: Details and content of conversations (written or recorded) and correspondence submitted to us via online forms, orally, by email, and/or through chats with various ERB units, such as customer service, support, and training.
Business Information: Name of the business/entity, details included in forms required for reporting to authorities.
B. Information on Visitors, Customers, and Business Partners
We collect such Information directly from you and/or as a result of your interaction and use of our Services or websites; from third parties such as our customers, service providers (as detailed in Section 4), and business partners (e.g., referral programs as described in Section 6); through linking your ERB user account with your accounts on social networks; and in connection with various business initiatives, activities, and events we organize or participate in.
If the Information described above relates to entities that are not individuals (e.g., a company’s phone number), it shall not be considered “Information” and this Privacy Policy shall not apply to it.
2. For What Purposes Do We Use the Information?
We collect and use Information for the following purposes:
- Provision of the Services, including related services (e.g., operation or availability of ERB’s websites).
- Automated decision-making regarding use of the Services.
- Contacting you at your request and/or with general or personalized messages relating to the Services, as well as with marketing communications that may interest you (as detailed in Section 6).
- Developing and improving the Services and personalizing your and others’ user experience, based on preferences, experiences, and common or individual issues.
- Evaluation, testing, and monitoring of the Services to identify and resolve malfunctions and bugs, and to improve and develop new technologies and features.
- Generating insights related to the use of the Services and ERB’s websites, enabling us to maintain and improve our Services and our marketing, advertising, and sales activities.
- Producing and presenting advertisements and marketing content more efficiently, including context-based, behavioral, and interest-based advertising, based on users’ and visitors’ activity on ERB’s websites and elsewhere, preferences, and other data available to us, our service providers, or our business partners.
- Identifying and pursuing opportunities for business growth through tailored experiences and stronger local presence, including organizing, sponsoring, or participating in events, benefit programs, promotions, and various sales initiatives.
- Information security and protection of our business operations, rights, and interests of ERB and its employees, its service providers, customers, website visitors, users, or any other person or entity, including preventing or reducing the risk of fraud, deception, or other prohibited or unlawful activity.
- Execution and enforcement of agreements, as well as investigation of complaints and resolution of disputes involving ERB.
- Creation of aggregated or de-identified statistical data that no longer identifies you or cannot reasonably be linked back to you, which we or our business partners may use to provide and improve the Services or for any other purpose.
- Sharing Information relating to company employees (e.g., name, contact details) with users, business customers, and competent authorities (such as police and regulatory bodies), if we reasonably believe this is required for investigating, addressing, and reporting incidents, inquiries, or complaints.
- Compliance with any legal requirement applicable to us, including court orders, and any additional activity requiring your prior consent under applicable law.
3. Where and For How Long Is the Information Stored?
Storage Location: Information concerning you will be stored in our information systems and those of our service providers (as detailed in Section 4), who may hold or access the Information to provide us with certain services—whether within Israel or in other countries such as the U.S. and the U.K.—all in accordance with legal requirements.
Retention Period: We may retain Information concerning you as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose(s) for which such Information was collected or created (as set out in Section 2), and no longer, in accordance with our data retention policy and subject to applicable law. Unless otherwise required by law or binding agreement, we are not obligated to retain Information concerning you for any fixed period, and we may delete it securely at any time and for any reason. 4. With Whom Do We Share Information?
We may share Information concerning you with third parties, as follows:
Service Providers: We may share Information with service providers that assist us in operating the Services, ERB’s websites, and our business activities. These include hosting and cloud providers, data storage and backup providers, billing and payment processors, marketing platforms, analytics tools, communication platforms, IT and cybersecurity providers, and other similar services.
Business Partners: We may share Information with our business partners in connection with joint offerings, referral programs, events, or other initiatives, subject to applicable law.
Authorities: We may disclose Information to competent authorities, courts, regulatory bodies, or law enforcement agencies where we believe it is required by applicable law or where disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, interests, safety, or property, or those of others.
Corporate Transactions: In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or bankruptcy, your Information may be transferred as part of such transaction.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies on ERB’s websites to enable proper functionality, enhance your user experience, analyze usage, and support marketing and advertising activities. These technologies may collect information such as your IP address, device type, browser type, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, and interactions with the websites.

While we take reasonable measures to protect Information, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
