Ronald DeBellis is an NYS certified CPA. Since graduating Ramapo University with a B.A in Accounting and Finance Ron has gained unique experience and has been working in the finance field for over 15 years.
Ronald is one of the founding partners of ERB NYC and heads the East coast branch of ERB which consist of CPA’s, Controllers, and Accountants. Ronald started his career as a controller at an NYC finance firm where he eventually became managing partner and then went on to founding a firm of his own and co founding the ERB NYC firm. Through his early career Ronald was exposed to Israeli related companies in the medical device field and this was his first glimpse of the Israeli startup scene.
Ronald was fascinated and began specializing in working with Israeli related startups ang built the ERB NYC joint venture to grow this expertise. Ronald has much experience in preparing financial reports under the federal, state and city regulations, building a payroll structure for the Israeli companies expanding to the US that fits the regulatory demands, setting up company policies and complex accounting procedures as well as advising on tax incentives the different states have to offer Israeli startups.
